Where to submit bugs tracking protection

more options

After enabling tracking protection in the current beta (39), via about:config, I tried loading a target.com search page, and only half the graphics for their products load. This happened with two different searches. Disabling tracking protection, then reloading the page showed all the graphics.

Is there a place to report bugs (if in fact this is a bug, and not a problem with target) for this tracking protection feature? Or should I just go to bugzilla?

You can report bugs on Bugzilla. Bugzilla is used to track issues with and enhancements to Mozilla products like Firerox. Issues with Tracking Protection should, ideally, be created as a dependent of the main tracking bug for this feature, Bug #1101005.

Thanks. I entered the information. There was no field to enter specifically what my concern was, but at least they have the site info.

Hi user293, Is that form still active ?

It seems odd reporting on a private google form rather than as an open bug list as happened with say Mixed Content Blocking. If reporting problems there is official we may need to amend

I don't know actually. I believe I found that on some mozilla website, but I don't remember at this point, and oddly my browser history doesn't show anything relating to this question from 5/30 when I answered it. There appears to be a bugzilla list though (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1101005), so I guess that would be the best place to report issues.

You can see in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) what content is blocked and from what location.

You can report breakages at trackingprotection.info, which redirects to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/10oY7R9nLC3G0tzcduZr5KqhsUrDdqEJEMGgd8bLsiFU/viewform.

Please don't use this form, it's not active anymore.

The correct place to file bugs is on Bugzilla, ideally as a dependent bug of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1101005
