Using Firefox 39.0, Adobe Flash Player 18.0.0.209, keeps saying "Adobe Flash required In order to stream Prime music you need to install the latest version." I have downloaded it many times, some results. I have tested at Adobe Flash it is fine. Please help me!

Your system details shows two Flash plugins. That may confuse some websites.

Flash Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0

Try a clean install for Flash.

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Windows > Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html Flash Player 18.0.0.209 is the newest, released yesterday.

Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
