Cannot Install Firefox In Windows 8.1

I uninstalled Firefox and tried to reinstall it back in using the stub installer first and it failed, So i downloded the full Installer and tried to install that but it fails as well. It extracts but then shows error message that "Firefox Installer failed to work" This is the log i got :

Now I'm using Comodo Ice dragon as it got installed in somehow.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
