About:Blank not working correctly
When I open a new tab I have it set to go to About:Blank. About:Blank used to display 8 of my selected tabs, but now it is only showing 4, the top 4. I thought at first this was a new update or something and there were only 4 now, but then I dragged a new tab from my bookmark menu onto the About:Blank page and it showed my other 4 pinned tabs. If I drag a bookmarked page into one of the "Ghost slots" it simply sends me to that page. I'm not sure if it's just a glitch for my computer or a real problem. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi, see if anything here helps: You can change the number of tiles on the New Tab Page by zooming in or out (Ctrl and + key, or Ctrl and - key).
You may also want to keep the same zoom setting when clicking on a new tab: Type about:config into the address bar, press Enter, accept the warning, scroll down to browser.newtab.preload and double click on it to change 'Value' from True to False.
It is also possible in about:config to change the maximum number of tiles, by scrolling down to browser.newtabpage.columns (or .rows), then right click > Modify, to set a new number in 'Value.'
As an alternative, you may like to try the add-on New Tab Tools.

Sounds like you are talking about about:newtab rather than about:blank. Is that correct?

yes, sorry. About:Newtab not About:Blank.
What are you dragging in a tile on the about:newtab page?
Is that a bookmark or a tab or the globe/padlock or something else?
Note that you can't drag a local link in a tile.

I'm dragging a bookmark from my bookmark menu, which used to work.
Can you drag history items (or bookmarks items) in it from the sidebar?
Are the tiles working otherwise (i.e. can have history items)?
Try to set browser.newtab.preload to false on the about:config page.

I don't know what sidebar you're talking about but I can drag history or bookmark items from the bar at the top ( File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help bar thingy)
The 4 tiles that I can see are working, meaning when I click on them it brings me to the site that I set them too.
I changed browser.newtab.preload to false, restarted firefox and no change, should I restart pc?

Thank you so much, ctrl + and - worked, I can't believe I didn't think of it before.
