I don't want to print the e-mails themselves, only the names and e-addresses of the 80 people on my mailing list.

You can 'Tools - Export' the selected address book to a '.csv' or '.txt' file,

You could use 'Notepad' to edit the file, BUT... Not easy to line up data.

Better to use a spreadsheet. I used a txt file and opened the file with Calc - part of LibreOffice (a free Office Suite) as a tab delimited file. The spreadshhet captured all the data putting it in columns. (other spreadsheet programs should work also work.)

You can delete the columns you do not need. Or a more experienced user could control the input to just certain columns.

List can be sorted, edited, saved or printed out.

If I select a Mailing List in the Address Book, and use File|Print|Address Book it seems to do what you want.

Had you tried this?

Thank you! It partially answers my question. I tried it and it gives more information than I want, which is simply the names, and not the e-addresses themselves or street addresses or telephone numbers. I'd like to simply format a list of names of people on the distribution list. Thanks again, Zenos
