Before today I have easy access to 8 pinned tabs on my New Tab page and now I have only 4 and I can't change it back. What was changed and how can I alter number of pinned tabs?

The css for margins and tiles was changed. Try Zoom Out = { Ctrl plus - } to see more tiles. I need to Zoom Out twice to get a 2nd row.

Or use this extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-tools/ - for more control over what is and what isn't displayed on the new tab page.

Have you tried Tab Group ? these are a great way to organize and group your tabs. Read this also : http://superuser.com/questions/834490/how-do-i-set-the-number-of-tiles-on-firefoxs-new-tab-page
