Hi, I have just downloaded Thunderbird with Lightning already installed. I'm trying to move away from MS again and I want to move my Outlook calendar over to Lightning/Thunderbird. This is a deal-breaker for me as I have used it for years and it pretty much doubles as my Personal Journal. I have exported the .csv file from Outlook but cannot find an 'import' option on Thunderbird (I can find 'export', but that's not much help...). I can't figure out if I'm blind, stupid or it's just not there....?

Help please or it's going to be goodbye Thunderbird.

Hi

In Thunderbird, open the Calendar tab, go to the Events and Tasks menu (should be along the top), select Import. You can then change the filename type in the drop down to Outlook Comma Seperates Values (*.csv), select and Open your saved file.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
