Back/forward buttons won't resume where I left off

Usually if I press the back or forward button, it would resume on the spot where I left off. Now it always reloads the page and starts at the top. I think this is happening since the latest update. How do I get that old feature back?

This feature functions properly on my Firefox browser.

This could mean that an addon or Firefox setting is forcing the website to reload. To troubleshoot this, please try running Firefox in safe mode. Safe mode is a diagnostic mode that temporarily disables your addons, hardware acceleration and resets some Firefox settings. If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode, please try to pinpoint which addon is causing the issue.

For more information on using Firefox safe mode, please refer to this Mozilla support article:

Note: Some websites will force Firefox to reload each time the browser accesses it. This cannot be changed, as it is configured by the website developer.
