the issue with the pop up image is when I click print the pop up disappears...when I click for the pop up the print window disappears...I ran the malware bytes and the pop up still happens...chrome does not do this...so it is mozilla...I have uninstalled and re-installed....I have taken a picture of the pop up and tried to post it but it says the image is too large....If mozilla cannot/will not get rid of this I will be forced to get rid of mozilla...I thought that mozilla was the best....is this a mistake in my thinking?

If you cannot upload the file to the Mozilla support forum, please try uploading your image to an image hosting service like imgur and share the link to the image so that the support volunteers can view your problem.


In the meantime, you may want to investigate whether the issue is caused by an addon that is installed on your Firefox browser. To do this, you can use Firefox's Safe Mode.
