Very often I need to access my Mozilla Firefox Sync data in public places, but it is too hard to do this at now - I need to have USB flash with portable version of Firefox and manually copy data from it to private browser in current system.

Please create web interface for quick access Firefox Sync data (at first - Bookmarks) via any browser in any place!

That type of feature has been requested repeatedly since 2007 when Sync was first being developed as the add-on Weave. Some Firefox users of that time were using Foxmarks, which became Xmarks as that program was expanded to work with the new (at that time) Google Chrome web browser and then a few other browsers; Foxmarks had "web access" which Mozilla did consider briefly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox_Sync

That's never gonna happen. Weave / Sync encryption security was originally designed (and then enhanced in Firefox 4.0 [v 1.1] and then again in Firefox 29 [v 1.5]) in such a manner that no one, including Mozilla staff, can access Sync data from outside a Firefox installation that the user has setup to connect to their Sync account. Mozilla made a conscious decision that security for the user's data overrode user convenience for being able to access their data from another browser or from a PC that the user didn't own.

Feel free to provide feedback to Mozilla here to request that type of feature be added to the Sync service: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback

You should never use Sync on a computer that is not your own, especially not in public places because your personal data will be merged with the data on that computer. If you can use your own portable Firefox version then this would probably be fine. Otherwise you would have to store important data tat you need on a USB jump drive or on an internet web page.

I don't want to configure full Sync! I want get quick one-time access to my own Firefox data - Bookmarks, History. There are no way to do this at now.

Simplest way will be open website like https://accounts.firefox.com/ in private browser, enter my login&password, look needed info, logout.

Please provide something like this.

Sync isn't meant to be used that way like to inspect your data on another computer. It is only meant to merge data between multiple devices and the first Sync takes up unknown time any way, so you may have to wait at least until the initial Sync has finished to access you data.
