Crash ID: bp-1d1683f8-b690-4b64-a45b-f71751170922 Windows informed me via a message on my screen that there were updates that needed to be installed. I'm running Windows 10, Creators edition. After the update Firefox won't start at all. The crash reporter comes up every time. Edge seems to be screwed up too. I can use IE though. Help!

hi, your crash report shows a number of suspect external .dll files hooking into the browser process. next to the security software already in place, please run a scan with various security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
