I have been keeping everything updated for many many months and still this keeps on happening.. This was the sole reason I stopped using Firefox because of crashing videos, it gets extremely frustrating... If you people can fix this problem, I'll return as well as many many others I presume... This has been going on for over a year..

Is it every video that crashes?

There are several kinds of players. Adobe Flash, HTML5 player . . . . . What websites does this happen? All, Some, A Few?

Let's do a re-install of flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version 27.0.0.130
