Can you show the title bar when firefox is windowed, but then hide the title bar when it is maximized?

This way it is easy to move the window around when it is not maximized. When you are maximized then there is no wasted space at the top and it is easier to click on the tabs.

Hello, in Firefox Quantum there is an option to allow Extra Drag Space when not maximized. It is the square to the left of the first tab. You do not need the title bar to be activated for this.
