Have Win 8.1 fully patched/updated. After the last FF update, 57.0.4 64-bit, Avast constantly says there's a trojan virus. Avast stops the webquickaccess.com JS:Agent-EDB by aborting whatever connection it's supposed to connect to. I've scanned with Avast and Malwarebytes but nothing found. I've scanned with eset and some minor things were found but not the aforementioned trojan or webquickaccess.com. I then proceeded to "refresh" FF, did not add any addons but the error still comes when I launch FF.

That isn't a FF issue but a Avast issue and you need to either approve it or contact Avast to fix this problem.

I did go to the avast help forum and apparently there's no real solution. One user advised a download of DelFIx but researching this app made me very uncomfortable 1) 'cause it deletes all disinfection tools (not sure about this) and 2) it doesn't let user control what is reset in the system settings (not good on production systems). Have either of you used this app? Is there any other suggestion that might help? Avast is doing it's job in stopping the connection but the message constantly comes up every time I use FF and/or go to a new tab. I'm monitoring Avast's help also. Thanks for your responses.
