I used to have Firefox configured so that the address bar used Google's I'm Feeling Lucky search, and the search bar by default would do a regular Google search. How can I do this in Firefox Quantum?

Type what you want in the search bar. Then, click on the icon.

Easiest would be to configure the search bar to use the search engine to be used there and use a keyword search for searching via the location/address bar.

You can add a one-letter keyword to search engines via "Options/Preferences -> Search". Double-click in the keyword column to edit this field.
