In the past, when I restarted my computer, I could easily restore my previous Firefox session by going to the place where it says, Restore Previous session. But now, I restarted my computer. The Restore previous session was greyed out and not working, and when I went to the History tab and clicked on previous tabs, it said empty. so I have lost a whole spread sheet open on google docs and unfortunately didn't book mark it.

Any way to get it back?

Hi, You could try to recall the last sessions, Taking advantage of these steps: 1.Click the menu button new fx menu located at the far right of the toolbar. 2.Select History. 3. Choose Restore the previous session. I hope you can recover your DOCS.

You may have corrupt sessionstore [v56] sessionstore.jsonlz4 file(s). Delete all sessionstore* files and the sessionstore-backups folder.

Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate the above file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

Don't delete the files if you need to rescue any data from them, just move them out of the profile folder to some location where Firefox doesn't look for them. You can try to read out their contents using this tool: https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/scrounger.html
