I do all of my business and work through Paypal and now I cannot access it at all. It says: The owner of www.paypal.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

What can I do to rectify this situation immediately?

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

I don't understand what you are posting. What am I supposed to do? I read all of that on how to troubleshoot but do not understand the steps or there are no steps to rectify it. What are the steps?

This should work. I used to have the same problem a few months ago but I fixed it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/configure-firewalls-so-firefox-can-access-internet

First thing to do is to figure out which Security Suite you are using, then figure out how to get that application to accept the security certificate that the website uses.

Or contact support for that Security Suite to find out how to stop that application from overriding that feature inside Firefox.
