Besides many web sites that use that Flash Player for something instead of a HTML5 player have long stopped supporting the ancient 11.1 branch version that was used by Android and BlackBerry PlayBook.

Adobe stopped supporting Flash on Android in 2013. Firefox has not supported Flash in about a year. Flash will not work with Firefox for Android.
