I need to TOTALLY REMOVE Firefox but "uninstall" leaves add-ons, bookmarks...
If I remember right, when we used to uninstall Firefox it would ask if we wanted TOTALLY REMOVE EVERYTHING But in a Win 10 OS, It does not. I need to totally wipe Firefox as it is very slow compared to others browsers I tested for the slow down. This is unusual for Firefox to be so unresponsive. So want to TOTALLY REMOVE and start over with TOTALLY REFRESH OF EVERYTHING. But when I use Win 10 UNINSALL, RELOAD FF, My add-ons are still here, bookmarks.... How do I WIPE FF OFF.

Hi, could just do a Refresh instead. Hope backed up your Bookmarks :
Delete any thing here after uninstalling : C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref\ C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref\ or can rip it out with this : https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
Reinstall Firefox from a Full Version Installer :

The Settings for Firefox (or Fx for abbreviation) which can include Extensions, Bookmarks, Passwords and such are not in your Firefox program folder (whether on Windows, Mac, or Linux) but are in a separate place where Profiles are.
Make sure you can view Hidden folders/files to find the Profile(s) you were using with Firefox.

Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder, so you need to check both these locations.
Location used for the main profile that keeps your personal data in "AppData\Roaming" (Root Directory on about:profiles).
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files in "AppData\Local" (Local Directory on about:profiles).
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
