My computer suddenly crashed, and wouldn't turn on again. So there's no way I can simply delete the tab on my old computer. Now when I search up anything, this synced tab shows up, and it really bothers me. Is there anything to solve this?

Hi, Disconnect your new one. You do not mention Syncing to other devices like a phone or another device which is what Sync is for. If you are using it as a backup service you will loose your data eventually as it is not designed to do that.

If this is wrong please let us know and we will try to figure your issue out further.

Hi Sarahosa,

Did you try to delete your old device by going to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/ from Devices & apps, it will list your linked devices You can Disconnect the old one from there.

Synced tabs expire in 7 days, so you can wait for this to happen.

You can also try to exclude Tabs temporarily from getting synced to other devices to see if that clears the list.

I already tried that, and disconnected my old laptop, but it still shows up.

My computer crashed last Saturday, which was nine days ago, and it still hasn’t gone away. I also unchecked the tabs box in preferences, but that didn’t do anything.
