Hi, can you help...?

I am trying to login to my Firefox Account with an email address which was for a previous company I worked for.

I remember the password to login but Firefox is asking me to verify my account by responding to the email, which I no longer have access to. How can I get access back to my bookmarks again or are they lost in space forever? ;-)

Hopefully Mozilla support can help.

Sorry, without access to the email address of record on the Firefox Accounts system you will be unable to access your Firefox Account and data. A secondary email address would have allowed access, but not after losing access to the what would been the "primary account" which was used when signing up for a Firefox Account.

What about other devices that you have / had connected to your Firefox Account? Your data should still be on those devices; simple matter to create a new Firefox Account and move forward.
