I don't know about the rest of you, but I am tired of copying title bars over onto a Google Chrome browser (Just so that I can have a long page read to me by a TTS reader add on.

Now Firefox might not be able to get the same one Google locked down; But they should be able to find another one.

Hi sevencomeeleven, Firefox has a text-to-speech reader integrated into Reader view. That isn't available on every page, but when it is, there's an icon near the ••• menu button in the address bar to invoke Reader mode. Have you used that at all?

Also, there is a text-to-speech add-on that is part of Mozilla's "Recommended" extensions program. Those get an extra level of review for safety, so it's worth trying this one first before shopping around for others:
