Emails sent from Thunderbird 78.5.1 through our Comcast account no longer appear in the Sent folder in Comcast webmail. The messages send to the recipients with no other issues. Messages sent from iPad and iPhone do appear in the Sent folder in Comcast webmail. How can the messages from Thunderbird be made to appear in the Comcast webmail Sent folder?

Please try this:

Check subscribe is refreshed:

  • Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
  • click on 'Refresh'
  • Select 'Sent' and click on Subscribe
  • click on OK

Check Account Settings:

  • Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'

Select 'Copies & Folders' Select 'Place a copy in' select 'Other' and choose the 'Sent on comcast account'

Restart Thunderbird.
