Can't send e-mail from my 2nd sbcglobal account on Thunderbird
I have 3 accounts set up on Thunderbird. Two are sbcglobal accounts and one is a gmail account. Several Months ago I had a problem with my first sbcglobal account on TB. It kept asking for my password. I found out that I needed a Secure Mail Key password, and when I got that the account worked and is still working fine. Last week the 2nd sbcglobal account kept asking me for my secure mail key and I was able to get that for this account, and I can now receive mail, but when I try to send mail from that account, it doesn't send and I get the following message.
"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Request failed; Mailbox unavailable. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again"
I'm not sure how to fix this. Please help!

Do you have two smtp servers, one for each SBC account, and is each account set to send on the correct server? Select an account in the left pane of Account Settings, then look at the Outgoing Server (SMTP) assignment in the right pane. Click Edit SMTP server... to see if the User Name for the smtp matches the one for the selected account.
