I have more than one webmail address, probably like a lot of people, that I use for different purposes. When I'm checking webmail I keep getting this nag screen to add that email address for mailto links. I do not want to add it. I will never want to add it. How do I get rid of this annoying nag? Please tell me there is a setting in about:config?

Note that this request isn't originating from Firefox, but it is done by the website that uses an available API asking to register them as a mailto handler. The main problem is that Firefox doesn't have a "don't ask me again" button.

  • 668577 - registerProtocolHandler notification should provide a "don't ask me again" button
