I cant see the settings in Mozilla. It is a bright white. White color or lights blind my eyes.

Which link or icon does Mozilla have to change every color to a light blue or green or red to help a disabled vision American see the settings options then select the various colors for each part offered.

Until the page / settings is set to some colors I am shut down with this bright white. Thanks

Mozilla is addicted to blinding white backgrounds. You may have to use a dark theme to change that easily. I have used a file called userContent.css but you would have to create that file and find code to use in it.

To change the theme, you can use the Customise page. Right-click a toolbar and select "Customise Toolbar". You will find a button labelled 'Themes' at the bottom towards the left. If none of the themes listed there suit you, you can install a theme from the addons site (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/themes/)
