You can get it from Mozilla at the below link, not sure about Fedora. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

The link supplied leads to a zip file. How do I install Firefox from the downloaded files after I unzip it? Do I have to figure out where to copy all of the files? Also how does the software manager program know that I installed this version? Why do you not supply an rpm file that dnf can install and keep track of?

There is no install, you just run it. Fedora has it's version of Firefox, but the download is something you just run. see screenshot

Why does Firefox not supply an rpm file so the the Fedora software manager can manage it?

Hi

Mozilla makes a Linux version available in an archive for all distros as well as by Snap and Flatpack. You distribution may repackage Firefox itself and make it available seperately.
