As stated in the subject, I've updated firefox to the new version 91.4.1esr via system update (through apt) I'm currently under Devuan chimaera (based on Debian Bullseye), after this update I'm unable to access to www.google.com. All the other google service are available (I can still access to gmail, calendar, etc etc, it's only the search engine that is unavailable). I can still access www.google.com by using other browsers. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Ok, I suppose that was just a google issue: today everything it's working fine.

If I've to guess I suspect that the problem had something to do with Google's certificates. Unfortunately the browser wasn't very helpful, it gave back only a generic connection error without any details on what exactly caused the problem. Cleaning cache, cookies, even creating a new profile didn't solve the problem, so I'm quite confident the problem was due to external reasons.

Nevertheless everything is working fine right now, so I consider the problem as solved.

FredMcD thanks for the reply.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
