Web-based app Snapengage desktop notification isn't working. I got a new Windows 10 laptop a couple of weeks ago and only the sound notification works via the in-app agent settings. In Firefox I followed the instructions "Launch the Firefox Browser and hit on the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen and open the Settings. Go to the privacy and Security section and scroll down to Permission. Click on the settings tabs in the front of the Notification option. Enter the URL of the site and change the status to Allow." I am unable to add the URL https://www.snapengage.com/hub and allow notifications. Any help would be appreciated.

The browser might be configured to not allow notifications. A few clicks can fix this problem whether you're using Windows or a Mac. On Windows, click the Start button and then Settings. In the navigation pane on the left, choose System, then Notifications.

Hope You Find This Useful, Peter

Hi Peter;

Actually I was looking at the browser window of the chat portal and next to the URL address immediatly to the left are 4 icons. One of which actually allows you to grant the website additional persmissions which I did and it's working now!

Have a good weekend!
