Att email will not configure.
Att email will not configure. I have entered my incoming and outgoing email servers and my password. Thunderbird keeps telling me "Unable to login at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password." I can access my email in Firefox, but Thunderbird will not configure it. I checked the settings for incoming and outgoing servers on Att support and they match the settings in Thunderbird. Can anyone suggest a solution to try? I'm on MacOS 12.5.1 and Thunderbird 91.13.0.

ATT requires what they call a 'secure mail key' when accessing account from an email client. This is a different password from the one you use online. I suggest you visit the ATT site to create it.
