Process failed when I try to log in into my Samsung account in my phone. I also get redirected or I can't contact any support on my phone Samsung, text now. And apps are downloaded on my phone Spectrum Mobile apps but I can't access them. I get offline notices frequently

Are you able to access your Samsung account through the Samsung app store on your device?
