Keep getting error response when trying to sign in to my on line bank account

I have always been able to sign in to my Halifax Bank on line account using a stored bookmark. However since the last system update, every time I try to log in I get an error response.... Sorry, we've had to sign you out [Error: 1007 ID: 18.653a5b68.1684056876.8f1ccef]

I have contacted the bank and they say that it is an error from my Firefox Browser, that many other users are reporting.

I can access my account via Chrome. Can you advise me of the solution so that I can access my account via Firefox.

Thank you

Could be that you bookmarked a page that includes POST data that is no longer valid. Bookmarking such a page is usually not a good idea.

If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
