Hello,

I have read many threads with the same issue and concerned that this is a Firefox issue that is intentionally being ignored (especially Sue's post from 2022 which was never responded to and was archived by Mozilla). It's also very inconvenient that I cannot chat or speak with an agent about this problem. We will be moving our office away from Firefox if this is not addressed promptly.

I and a number of colleagues are experiencing the same issue - we have only a few tabs open and get error messages from our Macbooks that we have run out of application memory. We have tried all of the recommended fixes (clear tabs, update versions, restart, etc etc) and nothing is working. It seems that I can have 50 tabs open and not get the error message that Firefox would send me with 5 tabs open.

Please let me know how to fix this problem ASAP

Support here is provided by volunteer contributors (like me) and we do not provide telephone based support. It is less likely that we have ignored a question, more that we have not been able to get to it.
