I set my default to any home page from the tools menu in Fire Fox and the internet options in windows.It stays set as long as my machine is up.When I shut down and start up. My home page is reset to msn.com.

Me too. No matter what I set the home page to, when I close firefox and open it back up, it goes back to www.msn.com.

Which computer do you have?

The IBM T42 has been reported to cause such issues.
