I have lost years of bookmarks upon upgrading from 3.5 to 3.6. None of the suggested solutions on forum have helped and in fact I don't see any responses from Mozilla just other users. I've reinstalled 3.5 as some other users said that reinstated their bookmarks but it did no good with mine. What's up Mozilla? Are you going to leave us all hanging out to dry without a fix to your really bad mistake. Help your users or you are going to lose many.

This forum is users helping other users, there are no Mozilla Foundation employees available to provide support. Plus, Firefox development is almost completely done by volunteer's, too. It's a "community" project, one of the basic elements of the "open source" movement.
