I'm trying to download an up date of Adobe which Firefox told me to download. The "Edit Options" in a 'yellow bar' at top of page they told me to click is not there.

Are you trying to install Flash?

If it is you can ignore the instructions about a yellow bar, they relate to old versions of Firefox.

You can download the version of Flash Player used by Firefox from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Run that file to install Flash. The download link came from the Adobe troubleshooting guide for installing Flash - http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html
