Hi,

We are facing some issues in IE but Firefox is working well for all those issues and we are recommending Firefox as the primary browser to our client but due to their It policy they are not accepting it due to the reasons below. 1. Adding 2nd browser is a security risks since you will have to patch 2 browser from online vulnerabilities and not 1. 2. We can manage IE through Group Policy and customize the settings such as favorites, proxy settings

Kindly provide us the details regarding these concerns so that we can make a stand to use the firefox

Regards Kuldeep

This is the most inefficient support group I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. If you understand that there is an issue, why doesn't your team do something to effectively solve this problem. I am also curious as to how this has been an ongoing issue for sometime now, over a week to be more specific and the company has not found a solution; however, you continue to ask what our problems with the new update is without having any kind of useful feedback. I would like to be notified imediately once a patch, update, or something of that sort is created. This is a serious concern of mine, for the simple fact that I use my internet connection for work, without it I have no income, this needs to be solved ASAP!
