Hello

I currently set Firefox as my default browser, but when I try to open an external link (from an application or from Apple mail), it won't load. Nothing is happening, when I click the link.

If I change my settings back to Safari as my default browser, everything works fine (instead of opening Safari of corse).

Is there any setting that controls that behaviour?

Hi,

I had the same problem and in my case it helped to quit Firefox, start it in safe mode (hold down the option/alt-key while starting Firefox), quit it again and then start it normally.

Hope this helps others as well.

Kind regards, David
