The old version I had of Firefox always asked me whether I wanted to save a website's password; however, the newest version only allows me to save a password when the site allows me too.

You can try the bookmarklet if Firefox doesn't offer to store passwords on specific web pages.

Thanks for the help, but the sites I want to save appear to be using a different type of encryption.
