The easiest way is to manually backup the bookmarks to a JSON file, then copy that file to the other computer and restore the bookmarks. For details on how to do this see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Backing+up+and+restoring+bookmarks

If you want, you can recover more than the bookmarks as shown here - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile
