I installed FF on my new computer, Windows 7 Toshiba, I get the message Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system. It is NOT open I only have one computer. Look for the firefox process firefox.exe and kill it with for instance task manager. it is also worth watching for plugincontainer.exe.
