I have had this problem for Month now, when I go to Tool - add-ons then the upcoming page keeps loading, I have disabled my plugins to see if that would do something about this, but nothing. So page keeps load and non plugins show.

Hi,

Please try deleting the extensions.* files in the Firefox Profile Folder after exiting Firefox. At the next startup Firefox will redetect the add-ons and rebuild the deleted files. Firefox may also ask you to approve the detected add-ons, with each tab corresponding to an add-on. Click Allow this installation and Continue on each tab, but click Restart only on the last tab.

yep deleted the files in extention - mozilla Firefox - extentions, then restarted, but nothing.

If Firefox didn't ask for confirmation, it could be that there are no installed extensions. You can try to check the extensions.ini file for entries and also the profile folder and the extensions folder for extensions. You can also reach the profile folder via Firefox Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information > Open Containing Folder.

just to add this for future visitors - this time I deleted extentions from name of computer - AppData - Roaming - Mozilla - Firefox - Profiles - 242g242j4j.default - extentions

it was open after using the suggestions from ViVek.

Now I see the start page from firefox ad ons, so not my add ons.
