hello, there's no easy way for endusers to make addons compatible for firefox on android. you'd have to contact the developers of those addons directly and petition them nicely to port them to firefox mobile. most pages on addons.mozilla.org contain a link to a website with more support information or a mail-address for contacting authors of an extension...

I'm afraid not. Add-ons for mobile firefox are different because the browser itself is very different.
