I sell on ebay. After updating to 13.0.1 when I go to upload a photo to the "sell" area, all I get is a "gray" area on ebay. The up loads worked fine prior to update. I switched to IE and it worked fine when I went to upload photos to ebay. The only Thing I can think of is something in the new version is stopping me from uploading pics......any help here greatly appreciated.

There are problems with the latest version of the Flash player plugin for Firefox. This article has some suggestions for how to work around it: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox. Any luck?

Thanks for the reply....however you're dealing with somebody that doesn't know a whole bunch about computers. Do I have to get another version of flash player? If so where/how do I get it. Thanks

Actually, that was a link to the support article, which goes into way more detail than I could possibly type here.
