One way you could try is to open the Firefox Profile Folder via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information > Show Folder, exit Firefox and check for Previous Versions by right-clicking the sessionstore.js file, and also the folder.

I have a sessionstore.bak but it says its from 11.30h, a need it before 11.00, and when i right clicked it a can only bring it back to 11.30,... is there any other solution ? please, its very important...

You can also try right-clicking on an empty space in the profile folder > Properties > Previous Versions to check if there are older versions at the folder level. If there is an older dated version, select it > Open and browse for the sessionstore.js file. Other than that you could also try to retrieve as much as possible by checking the Firefox History library (Alt + S) > Show All History.
