I have windows XP I am trying to remove a CA for Comodo I have removed all permissions but there are still 5 entries that I can't remove. In addition my pc security says it sees 2 antivirus programs? I am running only Microsoft security.

You can edit the trust bits of build-in root certificates and uncheck all trust bits to prevent Firefox from using the certificate as a root certificate.
You can't remove them.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates : Authorities
