The vast majority of the Extensions hosted on addons.mozilla.org are third-party. The author of Media Hint appears to not have one for Android at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/

From http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=12561815#p12561815 The Add-on SDK ("Jetpack") team is working on making most SDK add-ons work with mobile Firefox automatically. Once that work is ready, it should greatly increase the number of mobile add-ons, since the majority of new Firefox add-ons are built with the SDK.
