Please update to Firefox 19.0.2 Update Firefox to the latest release

Then try to Reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
