Open Google search. Tap in the box to put the cursor at the far left hand side. On the first key press, the cursor jumps back to the far left again placing it to the left of the character entered instead of "leading" the character on the right. Any more characters entered wind up to the left of the first entered one. Occasionally, it will jump back one more time, further scrambling the entry. Also, the colored caret and the vertical bar become disassociated. Moving the caret will move the bar even though they are several spaces offset from each other. Further dragging of the caret will cause it to "rejoin" with the bar.
