Flash is unsupported on JellyBean but you can get it from Adobe. See more details at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-watch-flash-videos-firefox-android

I got flash running on my Nexus 7. I can play Facebook games and stream Amazon Instant on my browser. This was the tutorial I used, I hope it helps: http://nexustabhelp.com/install-flash-nexus-tablet/

This did not work for me. I was able to install it ok but i get the message that the plug in is missing
